What is included in a Premier Marble Kitchens countertop price?+
One all-inclusive price covers templating, fabrication, delivery, professional installation, and sealing. No confusing line items and no surprise fees added at the end.
What areas do you serve?+
We fabricate and install custom countertops across Fairfield County, CT, including Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Westport and Norwalk, and Westchester County, NY. Our showroom is at 249 Greenwich Ave, Suite 2, Stamford, CT.
How long does a countertop project take?+
Most countertop jobs go from on-site templating to finished installation in about one to two weeks, depending on the material and our current schedule.
Do you remove the old countertops?+
Yes. We can remove and dispose of your existing countertops (tear-out) for an additional cost, and we tell you that up front before any work begins.
Can I see the actual slab before it is cut?+
Yes. Start with the samples in our Stamford showroom, Suite 2, to narrow down the material. Then you see the full slab your countertops come from before anything is cut. If that slab is not in our shop, we bring it in or take you to the supplier's showroom to walk the slabs in person.
What happens if something goes wrong?+
You call me. Julian is the owner and the single point of contact on every job, so there is nobody to be transferred to. Workmanship is covered for one year, including seams, level and support, sink attachment, edge profiles and backsplash.
